Lousika Earns Maiden Nomination For VGMA 2013

Nearly a year after announcing her presence unto the Ghanaian music industry with songs like “get money, hands Up, Need Your Love, I’m ready, take over” and others, Boss Chic LOUSIKA has for the first time on Ghana’s biggest platform been nominated for this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.


The 14th edition of Ghana Music Awards which was officially launched on Saturday February 23, at the La Palm Hotel saw LOUSIKA being nominated alongside artistes like Cynthia Mccauley, Natural Face, and Kaakie in the category of ‘New Artiste Of The Year’ in the 2013 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.


Speaking in an interview with the Paris born Ghanaian female rapper and songstress, she expressed her appreciation to Ghanaians and lovers of her music for bringing her this far and was however hopeful of picking up the award on that day.


She also assured her fans to expect more exciting projects in the year and hinted of an upcoming album and a song titled “BADA BADA”
